Use the Wii remote with the attached nunchuck.
All the controls are listed in the provided manual.
Basically you use the nun chuck knob to move around and use the A on the wii remote to interact with things. Use B to cancel actions.
The - button to access Sims menu (needs, inventory etc) and the + button to access the save , quit menu.
