You cant. But from the build menu you could get a fire alarm and the fire people will come when it goes off.

Same problem for me. It says I broke the fire regulations and I have to buy a fire extinguisher before I can buy anything else and I have plenty of money and have nothing in my house because it all stopped working. I need help!
