Can you have actual new born babies on the game sims 3?

Yes you can. Just get the married couple in a bed but relaxing NOT sleeping. Then be either the man or woman. In the bottom left corner of the screen you see a face, left to that is an icon. Click the icon. One of the options should be make a baby or something along the lines of 'make a baby'. After you click this option wait a minute then they will start making the baby. Try a couple of times. The next day the woman should say something like vomit or whatever then she will become pregnant. After a while the girl will be taken to hospital to give birth but the child will not be a baby it will be a kid that looks 6-7 years old. Hope I helped.

When you have a baby it is a First Grader so it is like 7 If you buy and eat 3 watermelon one after the other when you are pregnate you will most likely have a girl, if you eat 3 apples you will most likely have a boy hope I helped

No you can't have a new born baby or a toddler it seems really unfair that you can't look after a baby and to skill it up to big and strong. To me I think it would be fun doing that

You can't have newborn babies on the wii. The woman will get pregnant but when she gives birth the baby will be 7. I hoped I heled.

The only way on sims 3 wii is in the begining when you make the family but you must have a least 1 adult the icon for this is above the adult button
