How to Change the Sound Settings

Note: In order to experience stereo or surround sound, the proper equipment must be installed.

  1. Turn on your Wii console and press A using Wii Remote to reach the Wii Main menu and select Wii button.

  2. Select Wii Settings.

  3. Select Sound.

  4. Select the desired sound output method.

  5. Mono: For use a TV or stereo system that does not broadcast in stereo.
    Stereo: This option is used for stereo (Left and Right Channel) TV or home stereo system.
    Surround: The Wii console can output a Dolby Prologic II for simulated surround sound. This option is for a surround sound setup.

  6. Click Confirm to save the changes.
