Forgot Parental Controls PIN

1. Turn on your Wii console and press A using Wii Remote to reach the Wii Main menu and select Wii button.





2. Select Wii Settings.





3. Click the blue arrow on the right side once to proceed to Wii System settings 2.





4. Select Parental Controls.





5. Select Yes to Change Parental Controls.





6. Select I forgot.





7. Enter your secret answer and now you can access Parental Control settings.





8. If you want to change PIN Select Game Settings and PIN.





9. Select PIN and enter your new PIN twice and select Confirm.




Select Settings Complete to save changes.




If you no longer remember your PIN, nor the answer to your secret question, then you will need to contact Nintendo Consumer Service for assistance.
