Once you have have reached the Endgame of Warhammer: Chaosbane by completing the main story you will be able to start farming for the best loot that is available in the game. The highest tier of loot is coloured red and you will now discover that what before would have been almost impossible to get are now attainable with the help of the new mechanics which give you plenty of opportunities to continue powering up your character. Relic Hunt mode will become available at the hub and accessed through the Collector's Guild vendor once you reach the Endgame, this mode consists of 3 tiers of maps, these are Lesser Relic Maps, Greater Relic Maps, and Grand Relic Maps. Each of these maps has negative modifiers which you will have to deal with, Lesser Relic Maps have 1, Greater Relic Maps have 2, and Grand Relic Maps have 3. All three tiers of Relic Maps drop red loot with the best gear coming from the Grand Relic Maps. It is advised that you start with the Lesser Relic Maps and work your way up as contending with the extra negative modifiers on Grand Relic Maps makes things tough.

There are two ways that you can get better quality loot in Warhammer: Chaosbane, you can level up the Collector's Guild to unlock the Lucky Charm passive or increase the difficulty to Chaos 1, 2, etc. Doing either of these two things will substantially increase your chances of getting better loot drops. Lucky Charm increases loot quality by 100% when equipped. The absolute best loot in the game can be found on the higher difficulties of the Grand Relic Maps in Relic Hunt mode.
