You can't get out of the car because you don't have the original game. Probably your mouse controls are also not working properly. You need to get the original if you want to play. It's some kind of protection against the pirates. If you got original game try contact customer support.

To break Iron you need to destroy the block of Iron with a pickaxe made of stone or a higher caliber (iron, gold, diamonds). This will give you blocks of Iron Ore which you melt in a furnace, will give you Iron Ingots which can be used to craft buckets, tools, etc.

There is no way to get Juggernaut armor, unlimited ammo, and unlimited money in spec ops/survival without hacking into the actual game itself. Sorry to dissapoint :(

There is NO zombies portion for COD: MW3. The Modern Warfare franchise is made by a separate company then the Black Ops franchise. Activision makes the Modern Warfares and Treyarch makes the Black Ops. As a response to the Zombie's game mode in Black Ops, MW3 has a game mode known as Survival. In Survival, you survive wave after wave of incoming forces. Starting with a basic pistol you can buy new guns, perks, and other goodies. (Sound Familiar?)
