World 3-3 Black Coins

1. First Black Coin

To get the first Black Coin, jump on the second Koopa marching on an L-shaped row of bricks. Once the shell flies out, follow it as it sways forward. When you see the row of coins with the first Black Coin, hop on the rotating shell when it slides back under the row of coins and after it has hit the brick beside it.

2. Second Black Coin

As you move forward, take the row of Gold Coins in the sky and then snatch the second Black Coin that’s sitting in between two pairs of Gold Coins.

3. Third Black Coin

Let Mario run forward until he comes across the three flying Koopas. Jump on each one of them and then on the last flying Koopa, make a high jump in order to get the third Black Coin.

4. Fourth Black Coin

To get the fourth Black Coin, jump beneath the Koopa Troopa that’s marching on a row of bricks right beside a bridge. As the shell will be flying away, follow the shell until it breaks a brick that is blocking a group of Gold Coins with the fourth Black Coin.

5. Fifth Black Coin

Continue moving forward until you find a springboard that is resting under a box of bricks. Inside the bricks, the fifth Black Coin and a SuperStar are available.

Note: You may not get to break the brick and enter the box of bricks in one go. If that happens, you may use one Bubble Life that will lead you backward and then pop the bubble right before the block of bricks. If you miss it, just jump beneath the Surprise Question Block following the box of bricks in order to get another Bubble Life.
