1. First Purple Coin

Guide Image

To get the first Purple Coin, you will have to climb the upper platform and hit the Surprise Question block.

2. Second Purple Coin

Guide Image

The second Purple Coin is surrounded by a lot of Gold coins and rests on top of a row of bricks. To be able to get this second Purple coin, be sure to get on the highest platform.

3. Third Purple Coin

Guide Image

For the third Purple Coin, stay on the lower-end of the platform and take the Purple Coin that is right infront of a Piranha Plant. You may stop right before a pipe to study the timing of when the Piranha Plant comes out.

4. Fourth Purple Coin

Among all the Purple Coins, the fourth Purple Coin seems to be the toughest to claim. It the sole coin you can find on top of a ledge. To get to this, you will do a lot of jumping back off the walls. But first, you’ll have to get on the upper platform first.

To do this, make a really big leap while sliding so you could latch on the edge of the wall, in the middle. Then once you’ve made your way to the top of this isolated wall, jump right off the edge and bounce back against the wall on the right to get the Purple Coin.

5. Fifth Purple Coin

After the Purple Coin, the rest is easy. All you have to do is just take the lower part of the platforms and then jump on an elevated platform (right on top of a Piranha Plant) to get the fifth and last coin for this stage.
