Starfox Adventures is a great game that introduces a new type of playing. Fox now travels on a planet, completing quests, not just flying in an Arwing and blowing stuff up (not that there is anything wrong with that), but you do get to do that stuff too.
The graphics of this game can be described in one word, fantastic! When you hit an enemy with a staff, it doesn't just go right through him, and there is no indication of it ever hiting. It hits the target, and even some small bits of blood come out.
The sounds of this game are not great, but very good! Everything is right on cue, and actually sounds how most people picture them sounding. Averything makes some sounds, so there isno way that you can't be aware that something happened. Even when you get an energy refil, it makes sound.
The gameplay is great. It is very fun to play, especially with a mix of flying an Arwing, and the adventure part. I love the fact that they mixed those two together. Also, the tasks that are to be performed are difficult, yet accomplishable, so it makes it fun to do.
It lasts, considering I've had the game for 2 years and it hasn't broken yet. Nothing has slowed down, the sound isnn't off key, it hasn't frozen up, and the color isn't off. It starts without a problem, and my friends have had no problems with this game acting up either.
Starfox Adventures is a great game, and is one of the Gamecube's finest. It has great gameplay, and has good sound and graphics. It has quite a few twists that you don't expect at all (unless you asked somebody how the game ends so you won't be surprised.). So it is a grat game.
