RoboCop: Rogue City Cheats and Tips

Clear up the crime-ridden streets of Old Detroid as RoboCop, the iconic part man, part machine, all cop hero. RoboCop Rogue City Cheats and Tips

• Take Advantage of Explosive Items

  Make sure you are always aware of your surroundings during shootouts with criminals as most areas are filled with explosive items such as gas canisters and explosive barrels which you can use to your advantage to help take down criminals.

  These items when shot at will explode killing anyone in the vicinity of the explosion immediately. This tactic is particularly effective against bosses as each explosion will deal massive damage to them.

• Aim for Weak Spots

  Nearly all the enemies in RoboCop: Rogue City have weak spots that you can exploit to get a one-hit kill or at least deal critical damage. A headshot for example will kill your average human enemy instantly.

  Later in the game you will encounter human enemies that wear protective helmets which prevent a shot to the head, these enemies can be taken down by shooting at their limbs. If you know the weak spot of the enemy take your time and line up your shots to dispatch them quickly.

  Keep in mind that the robots you take down with headshots will start to attack other robots so look to take advantage of this when you need to clear groups of enemies quickly.

• Unlock Abilities

  Alex Murphy has four abilities he can unlock that will improve his combat abilities as RoboCop. These are a shockwave, a dash, a shield, and the ability to briefly slow time.

  Focus on unlocking these abilities as early in the game as possible as they will help you significantly during combat. You will find Dash in particular extremely useful as it enables you to close the space between you and the enemy quicker and also helps you to avoid damage.

• Upgrade your Auto-9 Pistol

  Always look to upgrade RoboCop's signature sidearm, his Auto-9 Pistol so you get added benefits such as a faster reload speed and armor-piercing rounds. In order to upgrade the Auto-9 Pistol you need to hunt down OCP circuit boards, once upgraded RoboCops' iconic handgun will become the best weapon in RoboCop: Rogue City.

• Don't Ignore Side Quests

  Resist the temptation to simply ignore the side quests that open up around Old Detroit later in the story. Completing these side quests for the civilians who need your help will earn their trust and influence the outcome of the story.

• Explore Side Rooms

  As you progress through missions you will walk past plenty of side rooms that initially look the same as any other room. It is essential that you check them as they often have crime evidence and even extra heals which will come in useful later in the game when things get tougher and heals become harder to come by.
