Adopt Me Tips

Play as a Baby to Earn More Bucks
Switch your character to Baby mode and equip a pet if you want to earn more Bucks. You'll get tasks for both your character and your pet, so you can earn Bucks from both at the same time. Try to complete their needs together rather than doing them separately. This saves time and helps you earn more money while raising your pets.

Use the Pet Pen to Age Four Pets at Once
Every house has a Pet Pen where you can leave up to four pets to earn XP. They'll keep growing while you play other parts of the game, and even when you're offline. Pets earn 800 XP per hour while you're online and 200 XP per hour when you're offline. Once a pet reaches its next age, visit the Pen and collect its XP before it can grow any further. Use all four free slots if you're working towards making a Neon.

Build a Grinding House to Complete Pet Needs Faster
Set up a cheap grinding house with a Pet Bed, Shower, Food Bowl, Water Bowl and Piano in the same room. This saves you travelling around Adoption Island whenever your pet needs something. Use the Piano to complete the Bored need, while the other items take care of sleeping, washing, eating and drinking. If you're playing as a Baby, add another bed and shower for your character so you can complete both sets of needs without leaving the room.

Get Age-Up Potions from Fully Grown Pets
Don't stop using a pet just because it has reached Full Grown. You can still complete its needs to earn Friendship Levels. Every 30 pet needs completed gives you another Friendship Level and an Age-Up Potion. There's no limit to how many levels you can earn, so keep using the same fully grown pet to collect more potions. Save them for other pets that take longer to raise, especially Legendaries.

Complete Task Board Challenges and Collect Daily Stars
Check your Task Board regularly because it gives you one new task every 24 hours. You can save up to seven tasks, so you don't have to finish them all straight away. Rewards include Bucks and RGB Boxes, with harder tasks giving better rewards. Also, collect your daily Star Reward whenever you log in. You get one Star and Bucks each day, and saving up 28 Stars lets you buy a Gemstone Egg from the Star Rewards shop.
