River City Girls 2 Secret Area Locations Guide

In River City Girls 2 there are eight different regions you can explore, and in each one there is a secret area that is not shown to you and contains special items that introduce new recruitable characters to help you fight your way across the seemingly endless mob of enemies. These areas can be accessed by holding the interact button of your controller like you would with any other door that you would go through with the only difference being the lack of a door icon telling you that there is an entrance in this spot. Crosstown

You will find this secret area in the Carousel room which is on the second floor of the mall. Jump up onto the platform at the center of the room and press the interact button while you are up against the back wall to access the secret area.

Uptown

Go to the pawn shop in the Toy District which is run by a dog. On top of the shelf at the center of the room are some electronics that you can destroy to reveal a vent. Hold the interact button on this vent to access the secret area.

Downtown

In Downtown you need to head all the way to the left of the region and go to the back alley near a hideout that is there. Beneath the hideout entrance you will find a door. Use the game’s wall jump move to reach a clothing wire connecting the building that the door leads into and a steel balcony. Now walk across the balcony and interact with an exit door to access the secret area.

Flatirons

Go behind the waterfall which you will find to the bottom right of the Fltirons region. Now go to the second part of the fall and jump twice toward the right side and then jump on the left side to reach a secret platform where you need to walk as far left as you can on the platform and then hold the interact button to access the secret area

Ocean Heights

After traveling from Flatirons to Ocean Heights you need to go to the sand castle area and the giant castle that is there. Jump onto the castle and interact with the vent at the center of the castle to access the secret area.

Technos

Before you battle the boss, Tsuiko, go to the VR room which takes the appearance of an old western town. To the right of the saloon is a structure behind a cowboy. If you interact with the structure a key will spawn. If you then interact with the outhouse to the left of the saloon with the key you will unlock the secret room.

R.C.H.S

At the Solitary part of the R.C.H.S region you will see several doors flying open that can do damage to both you and the enemies. Walk up to the yellow door near the right entrance door and interact with it to access a secret area.

Sanwakai Tower

Enter the Sanwakai Tower and go through the door that is on the left to find the Mao Sushi area. Go to the second floor by wall-jumping off from the sushi train. Then head all the way to the left of the second floor and walk across the beam leading to a blue opening. Interact with the doorway to access the secret room.
