River City Girls 2 is an action-packed beat-'em-up game where you must fight your way through the city. You can play as Misako, Kyoko, Kunio, Riki, Marian, and Provie, each with their own unique style of combat and special abilities. Team up for local or online co-op, then pound punks into the dirt with brand-new guard-crush attacks, lift-off combos, double-team maneuvers, and other knuckle-busting techniques. River City Girls 2 is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Switch, and PC.

It is recommended that you wear headphones when playing River City Girls 2 as it will give you some strategic advantages in battle. For example, an enemy will make a distinct sound when they die. Knowing when a character dies allows you to switch focus to another enemy without having to worry about the last one getting back up again.
Explore the map whenever possible as there is always the possibility that you will find a random NPC that will give you a quick quest for a decent experience boost. Keep in mind that a lot of the map in River City 2 will be locked until you finish the mall quest, ending in a boss fight with Ken.
Make sure whenever you knock an enemy down you take the opportunity to stomp on them as much as possible. Doing as much damage to them as fast as you can is the overall battle strategy for River City Girls 2.
Before you head to the mall it is recommended that you grind around Kyoko's house until you reach at least level five. Keep an eye out for weapons that are lying around that you can use, such as a baseball bat or a bench.
In RiverCity Girls 2 food and other consumables will grant your player an increase in their stat the first time they digest it. Make sure you always take food with you instead of consuming it in the store and buy at least one of every consumable item and stock up before a big boss battle.
