Items such as the Wingsuit, Rocketwing, and Plane Wing Jetpack can be acquired normally during Riders Republic by meeting certain requirements. There are however other items that you will not be able to unlock by simply playing the game, and these include the Rocket Skis and Rocket Bike. The only way in which you can get these two forms of transportation which will greatly improve your character's maneuverability is by purchasing the Year 1 Pass. Both are considered Exotic Kits and along with premium items can only be obtained by purchasing the Year 1 Pass, which is basically a Riders Republic season pass that costs $39.99.

If you pre-purchased the season pass, you will have had access to the Rocket Skis and Rocket Bike since day one. You will find them at the bottom of the equipment wheel, with the snowmobile.
