You're going to need to pick Batista for this.

Pick batista, build up momentum, store your finisher so you have your signature move instead, run at Edge and press the button which does your finisher/signature move. Do this once more to unlock the bonus.

You must pick Batista when you fight him, not Rey Mysterio. After the battle starts, you must build momentum until you can store a signature move. After you build momentum and store a signature move, you must run at Edge and press the triangle button or whatever button that activates you're signature move and that should do it. But, if you like, you can do this once more to unlock a bonus.
