Return To Pallet Town

Description:

It wasn't too long ago that you were beginning your journey - you probably haven't even saved your game yet - but you are already forced to return home to Pallet Town. Since you haven't done much, head straight back to Oak's Lab and return his package to him.

He will thank you, your Rival will show up again, and both of you will be given a Pokedex that will store all the data about the Pokemon you've met in the Wild and have caught. Oak will then ask you to fill up your Pokedex, and this is where the Gotta Catch 'Em All motto comes into play. Oak will also give you five PokeBalls to start your Journey, but only if you have faced your Rival on Route 22 and have caught no Pokemon yet.

After receiving your Pokemon, your Rival's Sister (aka Daisy) will give you a Town map should you visit her in their house.

With no reason to stay after, your journey has now officially begun!

Items This Time Around In Pallet:

Pokedex - Given to you by Professor Oak to store Pokemon Data.

PokeBalls (5) - Also given to you by Professor Oak, but only if you have yet to catch a Pokemon and have battled your Rival on Route 22.

Town Map - The map is essential to your journey, especially if you're a brand new trainer to the world of Pokemon. And, oddly enough, you'll receive it from your Rival's Sister in their house in Pallet Town after receiving the Pokedex.
