Playing the Game

First of all, every dungeon is filled with random encounters, so although you will see the same varieties of Pokemon throughout any particular dungeon, the order in which you see them will be different every thing you play through it.

When you cause an enemy to “faint,” your characters will all earn EXP (Experience Points). This is how your characters will level up, gain more HP and get stronger.

Your characters’ HP will regenerate over time as you wander through dungeons, so be aware of that. Although, it is a slow and gradual process.

In this game you will not be recruiting your fellow creature to join you bu knocking them out in battle. You will have a special “Connection Orb” that makes this happen here.

Each dungeon will have a set number for floors and connecting these floors is a staircase. Heading straight for the stair case will save you health but it will leave you missing the EXP from the fights and will hurt you tremendously later in the game.
