How do you activate cheat codes on the game I need stuff for my hide and other stuff to THANK YOU!!!!!!!

There arent any cheat codes only glitches but for the closest thing you need to buy a gameshark or action replay at

You can't enter cheat codes in the actual game itself, but you can use a cheating device.
Playing Pokemon sapphire emulator on my apple ipad. It has cheat included. I can't activate the cheat...
