Description Of Rocket Hideout:

After defeating the Rocket Grunt in the Celadon Game Corner, you will gain access to their Hideout in the basement floors of the building. In the Hideout, you will have to defeat the waves of the Team Rocket Members to get to their leader on the bottom floor, who just so happens to have the Silph Scope you are looking for.

Basement Floor 1:

Trainers In BF1:

Rocket - Level 21 Raticate & Level 21 Raticate

Rocket - Level 21 Drowzee & Level 21 Machop

Rocket - Level 22 Koffing & Level 22 Grimer

Items In BF1:

Escape Rope - Found on the flood in the open.

Hyper Potion - Also found on the floor in the clear open. Heals a Pokemon by up to 200 HP.

Basement Floor 2:

Rocket - Level 17 Zubat, Level 17 Zubat, Level 17 Grimer, Level 17 Koffing & Level 17

Rocket - Level 19 Rattata, Level 19 Rattata & Level 19 Raticate

Rocket - Level 20 Koffing, Level 20 Grimer & Level 20 Koffing

Items In BF2:

Nugget - Found on the floor in the open.

Moon Stone - Also found on the floor. Can evolve certain Pokemon.

Super Potion - Found on the floor as well.

TMs / HMs:

TM07 (Horn Drill) - A One-Hit Knockout Attack. Found on the floor between the moving tiles.

Basement Floor 3:

Rocket - Level 20 Drowzee, Level 20 Rattata & Level 20 Raticate

Rocket - Level 21 Machop & Level 21 Machop

Items In BF3:

Rare Candy - Found on the floor in the clear.

TMs / HMs:

TM10 (Double Edge) - An incredibly strong attack that has recoil damage on your own Pokemon. Found on the floor.

Basement Floor 4:

Trainers In BF4:

Rocket - Level 21 Koffine & Level 21 Zubat

Rocket - Level 23 Sandshrew, Level 23 Ekans & Level 23 Arbok

Rocket - Level 23 Sandshrew, Level 23 Ekans & Level 23 Sandslash

The final person you will battle in the Hideout is Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket.

Giovanni - Level 24 Rhyhorn, Level 25 Onix & Level 29 Kangaskhan

Items In BF4:

Lift Key - Dropped by the one Rocket Member on this floor. It gives you access to the elevator, which is the only way to get to Giovanni.

HP UP - Found on the ground on this floor.

Carbos - Also found on the ground.

Silph Scope - Obtained after defeating Giovanni, and it gives you access to see ghosts in the Pokemon Tower.

TMs / HMs:

TM02 (Razor Wind) - A strong attack that does decent damage.
