How to Level Up

The Makhuita Dojo in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX is a facility where you can train your Pokemon. Training at the Makhuita Dojo is more efficient when compared to training in dungeons as it has features that make gaining levels easier. The Makuhita Dojo has a beginners course which is ideal for new players who are unfamiliar with this feature which has appeared in previous Pokemon Dungeon games. The beginner course will teach you all the basic mechanics and elements of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX.

Dojo Drills

Dojo Drills is a training mode where the objective is to defeat as many Pokemon as possible within the time limit to earn EXP. You can gain even more EXP by defeating the Pokemon using super effective moves. You can increase your efficiency at doing this by using the new Auto Movement Feature and changing your settings to Fast walking speed and Movement through Corridors in Auto Mode to Dash. Using Auto movement will enable you to automatically roam around the dungeon to find enemy Pokemon, then when movement stops, you simply press the 'A' button to defeat the enemy Pokemon. You just need to remember that when you press the 'A' button you will select a move based on range so you need to ensure that you are in range to use the super effective move for the Maze.

Dojo Tickets

In order to go through the Dojo Drills dungeons requires Dojo Tickets. These are obtained by rescuing Pokemon, there are three types of Dojo Tickets and each has a different time limit.

• Bronze Dojo Ticket - 50 Seconds time limit.

• Silver Dojo Ticket - 55 Seconds time limit.

• Gold Dojo Ticket - 60 Seconds time limit.

The type of dungeon in Dojo Drills you will come across in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX is determined by the type of Pokemon that you select to train there. The only type of pokemon that will appear in the dungeons will be weak to your Pokemon.

Tricks of the Trade

Tricks of the Trade is a feature at the Makuhita Dojo will enable you to learn tips and tricks that will help you clear dungeons more effectively and more efficiently. These tend to be basic mechanics that when applied properly will provide a significant boost in your ability to clear dungeons. You will recieve a congratulatory message after completing a Tricks of the Trade course and be awarded items that are useful for exploring dungeons. Below is a list of the content in Tricks of the Trade and the rewards that can be earned.

• Use Moves - 4 Apples

• Dash through the Dungeon - 3 Reviver Seeds

• Push a Pokemon - 5 Escape Orbs

• Pass by a Friend - 1 Gold Ribbon

• Change Directions without Moving - 4 Max Elixir

• Use Items - 3 Bronze Dojo Tickets

• Moving Diagonally - 10 Slumber Wands
