Your best friend? You need to get out more bro. Have you checked all your boxes? And your party. Cause those are the only places where it would be. If it isnt there, sorry to say it but you don't have any friends, at least not a best one in the form of a few pixels on a gameboy.

You might did the glitch wrong. You have to withdraw kyogre and save then deposit him, talk to the lady and when she says " would you like to save your game?" turn the power off.

1) Get a life
2) Get some friends
3) ubers + cloning=lost cause, if you played the metal games, you should know this. If not, you should've just cloned something more cloning useful, like a Ditto or a shiny pkmn
4) Alex the Kyogre was probably weak anyways, so don't cry, get a Blaziken.
5) Blaziken is prettly much the only pkmn I need, so restart the game, copy my movesets, & beat the Elite 4 & Frontier Brains with him alone, he's godly.
6) Latios>any other in-game uber

You probaly did cloneing wrong or your game is just srewed up as for your best friend alex get a life get a girl freind because if a 2d Pokemon is your best friend then your tellin me your a pathetect loser with no life =) enjoy!
