It's not necessarily just filb.de. It's an entire website that you need to go to. In fact, I have that certain website that's all in English, if you want it. Well, here it is:

Do what you need to do, fill in the secret word, and obtain the PC wallpaper you created. It's pretty cool.
You do realise that there's a bar at the top of the section that translates it into English?
You can change into english. First go to it's home page, then pick the language you want. There are no words. You just fill up the space with upper and lower case letters. You should find a pattern as your wallpaper.
