I don't think you see the trick master again but I'm not sure

Although thats not really the best... The two best ones would be these:

I can answer two of your questions

1-Two:After you become the Champion can you find Steven anywhere?If so where?
After you win the championship you can find and battle Steven at Metoeor Falls

2-Three:After defeating the Trick Master can you ever see him again?If so where?
After you beat the Trickmaster for the last time to my knowledge you will never see him again.

1.Well he meens win all the Master rank ones if not it's because you lost once from normal to master. Restart.

And heres a cheat after catching all Pokemon exept Jirachi you can go to the moon in the modseep rocket.

Ok,to find steven beat the elite 4 and go to meteor falls.After a little exploring you,ll find him.WARNING,his Pokemon are strong.After you beat the trick house you can't find trick master anymore.

Answer to number TWO: you can find steven in meteor falls. NEED SURF AND WATERFALL!!!
You are going to battle him he is the strongest trainer in the game his Pokemon are level 74 and up. I beat him with level 74 Rayquaza that knew Dragon Claw, Outrage, Fly and Thunderbolt; level 71 Groudon that knew Fire Blast, Fissure, Iron Tail, and Solar Beam; and a level 71 Kyogre that knew Hydropump, Double-Edge, Sheer Cold, and Earthquake. IMPORTANT: be sure to use other strong miscellanious fire and water Pokemon, or have a lot of Full Restores and Revives, or a lot of Revival Herbs. Hope this answers your Question. Kyogre2005

Two: Steven is at Meteor Falls....bring strong Pokemon...he's tough!

Three: There are eight mazes... On visit 8 it is required that you ENTER THE BATTLE FRONTIER...your reward is a red tent or a blue one....after that I'm not sure where you would find him!

Four: The Pokemon orginazation I here is in the process of making an Official EMERALD website...but for now it is...www.Pokemon.com(the latest Pokemon event's and a others updates...but no help with games)
