Hey I know I don't normally ask questions lol but can you catch kyogre or groudon or both in this game if so where?

Kyogre- After you beat the elite four, talk to the guy in the weather institute, and he will tell you whether there are odd areas of "Drought"(thats where groudon will be), or "thunderstorms"(where kyogre will be). When he tells you this, go to that route, and if it's drought, you'll see a cave thats not normally there, or a dive patch which isn't... Go in those, and keep going deeper in the cave and you will find kyogre/groudon :-D

Defeat the Pok�mon League and talk to the scientist on the second floor of the Weather Institute. He will report heavy rainfall on a certain route. Go immediately to that route and look for a dive spot; if you run out of time you must talk to the scientist again. Go down into the dive spot and resurface; Kyogre is in the second chamber. Once you defeat Kyogre, go back to the scientist and he will report a drought on another route. Go directly to that route and look for a cave. In the second chamber of the new cave should be Groudon.
Yes both. you get them after you beat the elite 4, go to the weather institute and talk to the man to the left of the 2nd floor, he will tell you where thay are, the drought is groudon and the rain is kyogre, for groudon he's in a new cave, and kyogre is in a new dive spot.
P.S. They're LV 70

Yes you can get both you get Kygore and Groudon. You get Kygore at Route in 128 at the Seafloor Cavern and Groudon near Rustfurf Tunnel sorry Ill check again for Groudon.
Yes..... But not until the end of the Pokemon leage and then talk to a guy in the weather institute ande he will say something about groudon is somewhere (always different) and when you are done with grudon go back to that guy and he will talk about kyoger somewhere (always differant and you will have to have dive). P.S. if you or anybody else knows the deoxys puzzle please answer my question in the June 2, 2005 section
