How do you get Mew and ho-oh on the game without using a gameshark code

As for ho-oh,you can't get it in blue,red,or yellow.Ho-oh is on gold,crystal,and silver
No ho-oh in Pokemon blue.
Mew there is a glitch.

Ho-oh is a hoto region Pokemon not found in the Kanto regionn. Mew is a glitch
