How to get the Are You Lonesome Tonight? Achievement/Trophy

To get the secret Are You Lonesome Tonight? Achievement/Trophy you must spend 3 days total time in solitary over multiple prisons/sessions

This basically means that you have to be in solitary for 72 in-game hours. You must have time on your clock in solitary for it to count and the tracker does not go up until you leave your solitary area after the time ends.

This can be done in any prison, to be automatically placed in solitary for a minimum of 3 minutes/hours press 'Up' on the D-pad of the Playstation controller so you 'surrender'. If you do this 24 times you will unlock the achievement/trophy.

If you want to do this in one go do the following. After you are put in solitary the first time let the timer run down so there is 20 seconds left and then press 'Up' on the D-pad to surrender again, a medic will be deployed and the timer will reset.
