How to get the The Olympian Achievement/Trophy

To get the The Olympian achievement/trophy you must max out the Fitness statistic. You can do this achievement/trophy in any prison by going to the gym area and choosing the 'Workout: Fitness' option in order to start the mini-game. You will be able to get energy back fast by laying on a bed, sitting in a chair, having a shower, and by eating food items. The achievement/trophy will unlock once you have 100 Fitness.
