Well the main thing you need to do is follow Viktor Reznov (the guy you see at the beginning of the level, and your beating him up) he'll tell you what you need to do and if you follow him you'll get out of the compound.

Go with Russian guy and help him but Sergei (Big guy) dies and so does Russian guy but mason (You) Believes he is Russian man and then it gets really good gameplay
