Lost Planet: Extreme Condition PlayStation 3 Cheats and Tips

The first type of vs is the one without any thrusters on the back all it can do is jump but it's better then nothing when fighting a pirate in a vs or a giant akrid the second type has two what looks like giant square poles on it's back and always when you get in the top comes down and you can fly short distances the third type is a one that looks like it has a pill looking head and giant legs this one can jump only like the first one but it can do a super giant jump and is good when in a fight to dodge and also has a smoke screen it can shoot the fourth and I think the best type has thursters like the second type but can fly longer and you can dash which is good for dodging and it has a round face and it's the one you get into first in the beggining

These characters which are only available on the Playstation 3 version of the game are unlocked by completing the indicated tasks. When the requirement has been met the chareacter will become available at the 'Character Selection' menu for 'Online' mode.

Unlock Frank West:

In Online mode reach level 90.

Unlock Mega Man:

In Online mode reach level 100.

Unlock Joe:

In any difficulty setting complete Campaign mode.

Unlock Luka:

On any one difficulty setting in Campaign mode find ALL Target Marks for ALL mission.

Control Intermission Sequence View:

During an intermission sequence press B, A, Square, Triangle, B, A, Square, Triangle, B, A, Square, Triangle to control the view.

Control Ending Sequence:

During the ending sequence before 'Test Player' is reached hold L2 + L1 + R2 + R1 + Square + Triangle + B to control Wayne's LP-9999 VS. You can fly to the destroyed Akrid.

When you have completed the game once this setting which will be a lot harder to complete will become an available option.

To enter this code which can only be used in Easy and Story mode you have to pause gameplay and press R2, R1, Triangle, Square, Right, Down, Left, L1, L2, R2, R1, Triangle, Square, Right, Down, Left, L1, L2, R2, L2, L1, R1, Triangle, Left, Down, Square, R1 + L1. If you have entered the code correctly you will hear a confirmation sound and will remain enabled for the current level only (it will be disabled if you stop the game).

This code which can be entered only in Easy and Story mode is great if you are struggling with the game. To enter it pause gameplay and press Down(3), Up, Triangle, Up, Triangle, Up, Triangle, Up(3), Down, Square, Down, Square, Down,
