To unlock the Alex Ross costume in the Specials menu you have to finish the game under normal or higher difficulty.

Enter GOESTOYOURHEAD as a code in the Specials menu and if entered correctly you will hear someone laughing. To return to normal repeat the code.

Vulture FMV sequence -

To unlock a Vulture FMV sequence in the CG menu obtain 20,000 points during game play.

Shocker FMV sequence -

To unlock a Shocker FMV sequence in the CG menu obain 30,000 points during game play.

Pinhead Bowling mini-game -

To unlock Pinhead bowling mini-game in training menu obtain 10,000 points during game play.

Enemies have big heads -

Enter JOELSPEANUTS as a code in the Specials menu and if entered correctly you will hear someone laughing. Repeating the code will revert to normal.

Play as wrestler -

In Easy or Higher difficulty complete the game to unlock the wrestler costume in the Specials menu.
