Two empty spaces on quest page of rememberall, what are they?

I've beat the game several times. This last time I got all 101 cards, did all the side quests, everything so I thought. The only thing I see that might be missing are two of the gold ringed spaces on the quest page of the rememberall.I don't even know for certain theres supposed to be anything there but I assume so, I read the great hall is supposed to turn into a dueling hall when I finished the game, it hasnt. I don't get to save or see if anything has changed, it goes right to the start screen. The empty spaces I speak of are the two on the top right after Jinny's things, can anyone tell me what they are? Meanwhile I'll answer some of your ?'s.
