Is there a way to get an Army Helicopter in Vice City? If so, thanks for any help.

Yeah,
You get in a marvric (on the roof of your mansion of on a property with loads of garages) put your wanted stars up 2 6 and fly over to the army base.
(They will shoot at you a bit) park on the roof and get your stars 2 0 the army then wont shoot at you (because the police) jump off the roof and walk to the back of the base and there will be a hunter there.
One easy way to get an Army Helicopter or (Hunter) is to get a police uniform from the Police Station just down the road from Malibu on first island, and fly to the Army Base in a Maverick or a Police Maverick. They shouldn't shoot when you get out of your helicopter but when you get in the Hunter they might so just be quick. Hope this solves your problem.!
P.S. It isn't on the Yellow 'H' in the Army Base it is at the back of the base nearest the water.
