The only club in San Fierro is called the Pleasure Dome. It's part of the missions, and is located under the large red bridge. You can only access it through the missions.

You are all wrong...
There is a bar in the LGBT part of town that is usually a bar but when Michelle wants to go dancing it turns into a disco. This is the answer, I figured it out for myself.
