It is with missions. After you complete mission "Green Sabre" you will go to the next city, Badlands. After you complete mission "Are You Going To San Fierro" you will go to the next city, San Fierro. After you complete mission "The Da Nang Thang" you will go to the next city, Bone County. After you complete mission "Puncture Wounds" you will go to the next city, Las Venturas.
