In the old magazine Playstasion, the official one, before the san andreas was released they had a preview of it and they said you can dig with the shovel and bury the buddies and they had photos in the mag. How did they do it? Is it possible eventually?

No. You can't even use the shovel. The only time CJ digs with a shovel is in one of the later missions where he's held at gunpoint by one of the cops.
