Can I get into Las Venturas without flying in or passing all mis
How do I get to las venturas without doing all the missions besides flying in las venturas and getting caught by crossing the border??

First get a plane to get you there then go into any resturant and use the erase stars cheat then use the lock star cheat.

I've also done that but as soon as I put the erase stars or lock stars cheat the four stars appear again :(cheating-is-good answered:
I hate to tell you this but, there is only one other way to get into the Las Venturas area, and that is by completing all the missions that need to be done before you head over there. If you fly over there then you will like you said, be caught crossing the 'border.' So, if you want to be able to get into Las Venturas, then you will have to complete all of the missions that stand in your way. Hope this helps.

The only way other than flying, oer the border, is to swim, or go by boat.
However you get there, you woill get 4 stars.
Just do the missions.

If you want to use cheats put in the lock wanted level cheat: o right o right left square triangle up, and then you can go with a plane and you will have no stars. HOPEthisHELPS

You can get in by the train if you get the train and go right to the end where the train slows down and then speed up but don't derail it you can go through the barriers but police will come after you so be careful befor you go over there put in the freeze wanted level cheat then go over there and you will have an island to do nothing on

I just swam over there and I got a three star wanted level. I tried to lose them but I got arrested and spawned outside of Las Venturas. So what I strongly recommend is to enter the NO WANTED LEVEL cheat code: O, RIGHT, O, RIGHT, LEFT, SQUARE, TRIANGLE, UP. Then just swim, fly or take a boat over there and you will not get a wanted level. OR you can complete all the missions to unlock it.
