How do you get into the rogue cactus cave? I am looking for the last cactuar.

The last Catuar is in the cave, if you have 9/10 then you can get inside.
Once you have nine of the cactuars, talk to the 10th cactuars mother and then speak to Marnela and you should be able to get in.
WARNING!
Before you go and get the tenth cactuar, catch up on any digging you want to do, because once you do it.
Angry Mainyu will attack the camp and you wont be able to go there without fighting him - and he is one hard boss!
