Question for Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King

What is the strongest staff you can buy and make? Oh and for the one you can make could someone tell me how to make it?

I don't know why you would want staves, since they don't have the best attack strenths. Anyways:

Staff of Resurection: Buy at Tryan Gully for 45000. 77 Attack
Recipe to make: Yggdrasil leaf + rune staff + life bracer

Magical Mace(the strongest staff): Buy at Empycchu, Dark Empycchu for 9000. 79 Attack Cannot make with Alchemy

Any other questions, ask me, because I am a true expert at this game.

Seriously?? If you're not trolling, staves aren't meant to have strong attack values, genius. You use them as items during battle for their magic abilities, and/or equip them in your weapon slot to raise your mages' MP and magic abilities during battle. Your True Experise is showing :/ :p

Why don't you use swords. Anyway the strongest staff is the magical mace.
If you do like staff's then get a rune staff too.

"Why don't you use swords" For real dude? "If you do like staff's (sic)" it means you know how the game works. Staves boost your magic abilities they ain't for boppin mobs on the domes. An news flash ya can use both! Equip a sword and use the staves as items they do awesome stuff and cost no MP points you can use em as many times as you want! Staff of Divine Retribution chews thru the mobs it's like a tensioned up Swoosh, eats groups of mobs for 0 MP and use it as much as you want even if you got your sword or whatever out too

Staff of anti magic = rune staff + wizard's staff
