"Respawning Citizens" cheats for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

I didn't really find this on my own.I got it from youtube but youtube isn't another cheat website so I thought I should tell you guys about it.Ok heres what I found.Go to any burger shot.Then eat something.Next you shoot off all the citizens heads.Then you go outside and type in the cheat six star wanted level.Then go back inside burger shot and eat again.Then shoot off all the citizens heads again.Then go in the back where the fire extinguisher is and get it as a weapon by pressing L1.Then look at the ovens right next to them while using the fire extinguisher on the ovens.Then turn back around and what do you see COPS!

Note:This glitch should work every time you try it.Have fun everybody!:]
