To get a parachute

To get a parachute go to market or commerce and on there map there you should be a egg shaped circle behind the ammonition.( it is the tallest buliding at the top it looks like a star) go around the building and there should be a yellow triangle go into the building and you should end up on top of the building the paprachute should be there you can either jump off and use it or use a cheat to spawn a heli or plane.

p.s if you spawn a votex and drive off the end you can pull on the analog stick and the vortex will fly for a while it is good fun and doesnt explode when u land
