Collect the indicated amount of CNK tokens in Story mode to unlock the corresponding Gem Cup.

Blue Gem Cup:

Collect 4 Blue CNK Tokens.

Green Gem Cup:

Collect 4 Green CNK Tokens.

Pink Gem Cup:

Collect 4 Pink CNK Tokens.

Red Gem Cup:

Collect 4 Red CNK Tokens.

When you complete the following tasks the corresponding character will become unlocked.

Dingodile:

Win Red Gem Cup in Adventure mode.

Fake Crash:

Perform 50 consecutive boosts on any track as Team Cortex in Adventure mode.

N. Tropy:

Beat N. Tropy's Ghost on every track in Time Trial mode.

Polar:

Win Blue Gem Cup in Adventure mode.

Pura:

Perform 50 consecutive boosts on any track as team Bandicoot in Adventure mode.

Velo:

Complete Adventure mode with 100% for both teams.

Zam:

Win Purple Gem Cup in Adventure mode.

Zem:

Win Green Gem Cup in Adventure mode.

FMV Sequences -

To unlock the corresponding FMV sequence at the Extras menu you have to complete the following tasks:

Team Bandicoot -

Challenging Nash:

Win six trophies

Nash Loses:

Get two keys

Challenging Geary:

Win twelve trophies

Geary Loses:

Get four keys

Challenging Krunk:

Win three trophies

Krunk Loses:

Get one key

Challenging Norm:

Win nine trophies

Norm Loses:

Get three keys

Play As Zam:

Win the Purple Gem Cup to unlock Zam

Play As Zem:

Challenging Velo:

Defeat Velo without 100%:

Unlock N. Tropy's Ghost:

Have a score at the top of the high scores board.

Unlock Velo's Ghost:

Beat N. Tropy's ghost.

When you complete the following tasks in Adventure mode the corresponding Relic will become available.

Unlock Sapphire Relic:

When you collect a cup for each track in it's world you will be able to play the Sapphire race.

Unlock Gold Relic:

Beat the Sapphire Relic Race time.

Unlock Platinum Relic:

Beat the Gold Relic Race time.

When you complete the following tasks the corresponding arena will become available.

Unlock Hyper Spaceway:

Beat ALL of the races in Adventure mode in 1st place.

Unlock Terra Drome:

Collect ALL purple tokens in Adventure mode.

When you have won every regular race in Adventure mode the Hyper Spaceway track will become unlocked.

Fake Crash:

50+(fifty or more) boosts with Team Cortex in Adventure Mode

Pura:

50+(fifty or more) boosts with Team Bandicoot in Adventure Mode

The 50 boosts thing will be good with Crunch or Tiny.Also you need to be on Deep Sea Driving.Hope it works!

On a single track get 50 boosts as team cortex

Sometimes if you powerslide just right,you can make it into shortcuts.

Go through the first portal and on to the blue track that is in space,then go through the next portal on to the rock like leges then do a boost power slide then hop and do another boost power slide and go to the left ege of the leges and hop of while boosting to the left of the closest green light and land on the other pasage keep going and hop over the crack then go off the jump ahead [remember to hop] instead of going left in to the two sharp turns. This will get you way ahead of your opponont if done right.

Missiles can be tough to get away from, but there are a few thicks you acn try to get out of their path. The easiest way to escape a missile is to drop an item(like a TNT crate or an ice mine)behind it. The closer the missile is when you do this, the better chance you have of blocking it.

Get at least 50 boosts on a single track as team bandicoot

Beat all of n. Trophy ghost racers in time trial

According to which place you are in a race, when you break a weapon box (the box with "?"), if you are in the last place, you will get the Invincibility mask (Aku Aku, Uka Uka or Velo Mask), N. Tropy's clock and turbo speed more often (power-ups which protect and increase the speed of the player). But if you are in the middle places, you will get weapons that attack forwards (like missiles and bowling bombs) more often (weapons which can be used to attack your rivals if you're close to them), and when you are in the first or second place, you will get weapons that can be thrown to the road (like TNTs, static orbs and ice cubes) more often (weapons which can hinder the speed of your rivals).

If you powerslide most of the time in Race Time Trial mode you can beat N.Tropy's times.Also take shortcuts!

Real Velo is one of the most terrible characters in the game.

If you try and unlock him, you're wasting your time. However, if you want to do it to complete the game, be my guest.

You'll be gutted if you do, especially as you have to complete the game with 105% TWICE!!

N.Tropy is by far the best player.

You should boost as much as you can with slow people.It helps you in the long run.The slow people are Coco,N. Gin,Zam,and Polar.You keep boosting and you'll be fine.
