Right listen if you don't want to lose materia you will lisen to me right now after you obtain the highwind go downwards to the island (near the bottom right) and their a a town in a forest go their and tifa will over hear a conversation that a spikey-haried person with a big sword (cloud) was washed up they will tell you where to go to see him, when you see him he is totally parayzed he can't talk, walk nothing hes like a lifeless pupet then you wil see tifa talking to cloud and at the end you hear her say "i...(i think she says I love you but we don't get to hear the ove you :( ) wanyway back to the point after you collected 2 pieces of the huge materia go back to see cloud and tifa (she stays behind to look after cloud) and then you'll find weapon is attacking.

I hope you got lots of potions and megaelixers or something because your going to need it because you fight weapon but he runs away after a bit so keep healing and keep on the offence then you'll see tifa and cloud fall into the lifestream and you'll see then floating and then alot of helping however before cloud puts the black matertia n sephiroths tomb thingy and after the jenovia fight I suggest you unequip ALL materia cloud had equiped and then after a while on the highwind take all of tifas materia away because after you help cloud regain his memories (little clue he wasnt in solider he was actully a shinra soider but i'll let you find out the rest) after that if you go to clouds and tifas mateira and you didnt unequp them you;ll find that their mateira is GONE and you can't equp it I no because I had master fire equiped and I couldnt find it so please before you lose cloud unqeuip his materia and then tifas in the airship I AM NOT JOKING THIS HAPPENED TO ME AND I AM NOW USELESS AGAISNT BOSES
