Wherer do you Find Vehicles?

Once you have landed on the map and picked up some weapons and gear you will want to explore the map, the best way to get around is to find some transport. There are a variety of vehicles available in the game and you should be able to find one of them without too many problems no matter where you choose to drop into the game.

You will have to be quick though, as other players will be searching to find transport as well as having access to a vehicle can greatly increase your chances of survival. Vehicles spawn all over the map but they have the most tendancy to appear more near large areas and cities. Remember though that if you do find transport it will not make you or the vehicle immune to enemy fire as the tires can be blown out and the engine can be set on fire by some well placed shots, both of which will bring the vehicle to halt. A good tactic if you do come under fire is to add some swerves into your driving to make it more difficult for the enemy to hit you. Refuelling is done by clicking a gas can in your inventory, this needs be done in a safe or seculded area as the vehicle has to be stationery and you must be sitting inside it.

Although having a vehicle enables you to quickly move around the map it also has its drawbacks. Vehicles make other players aware of your presence as they make noise and are easy to spot. Also, be weary of abandoned vehicles as the likelihood is there is a player nearby watching it through a scope hoping to pick off anyone who is optimistic enough to think they have found the answer to their survival hopes. If you do decide to ditch a vehicle and not use it again for whatever reason make sure you pinch the tires so nobody else can use it.
