Go to cloud tower and then to their room. You will find it in a drawer or something. You can also use the pink radar |

You will find that book in cloudtower. It will be there in the library when you go to get stella's ring back. The place where you read the book about bloom's history. You will find it around the bottom on the left side. It will sparkle and looks like a star. Hope I could help. ;) |
