You will find that book in cloudtower. It will be there in the library when you go to get stella's ring back. The place where you read the book about bloom's history. You will find it around the bottom on the left side. It will sparkle and looks like a star. Hope I could help. ;) |

You can find cloud tower by first going into faragonda's office and then at the end near the door you will find a chit on which the code for the locked cabin is written the code is 3921 and go near the cabin and press o to enter it. Then you will find the cloud tower statue and go to the ballrooms first room and there you will find the photo of cloud tower and a pot. Place the statue thre by going near the pot and pressing o button on your console. |
