All you'll need to do is go to the main menue of the game. Hit the link that says "Options". Within that should be a language selections. Just select English to set it up in English.

Mine is in spanish I don't know what is option called in spanish but I between I clicked on optionas or something like that then 4 option comes then I get confused help!

Some people only have two language shown in option menu!!! So, if you are having this problem you can simply download Language Loader Google it it is available on GTA Garage!!!!!!!!! :D Thanks!!!
