You'll need to locate and install a Dragonball mod for this game. Just go to Google and search for "Dragonball San Andreas". The first few links should contain a download location for the mod. I would link you to it myself, but rules prevent it - we wouldn't want to be blamed for anything happening to your game should the mod file be corrupted.
