There is no way. None of the non playable characters are really smart enough to drive on their own.

Ok it. 3 years from now and it mobile came out so listen. Get your homie. , get in the car, get out, command your homie to stay Get on top of the car. (Recommend small car) this is the hard part pay close attention command your homie to follow you and try to enter the car but. Let your homie go first then hold the command button let him stay for 5. Seconds
