If I'm right, that should be Mike Toreno's mission where you have to take the Monster Truck and drive it through 35 different markers in under 6 minutes, 30 seconds. Simply do as it says. There should be a trail under the truck connection each point 80 percent of the time. My best suggestion to you though is to avoid using the 4 wheel steering unless you're going very slow, else you'll slide and possibly flip your vehicle.

you might just not be getting it if your computer is lagging(gta sa is running with pauses due to low graphics. so your monster is also lagging behind ,but the game timer isnt.) so if you have a low graphic card computer with low RAM ,just change your display sttings to lowest screen resolution ,low visual fx quality, anti analising off...etc. so the monster can just run little fast (now syncronized with the timer) it worked for me.
